闽清“四大宴”：一座中国县城如何将文化融入餐桌 Inside the Four Banquets of Minqing, Fujian: How a Chinese County Turns Culture Into Food

On May 15, the launch event for Minqing's "Four Banquets," themed "A Millennium of Minqing Flavors, A Banquet of Cultural Elegance," was successfully held in Fuzhou, Fujian. From the culture of imperial scholars and the wisdom of wellness, to overseas Chinese heritage and the flavors of the Minjiang River, these banquets reflect the cultural traditions and human warmth embedded in Chinese cuisine. 

5月15日，以“千年闽清味 一席传风华”为主题的闽清“四大宴”发布活动在福州成功举办。从状元文化、养生智慧，到侨乡记忆与闽江风味，宴席背后，藏着中国的文化传承与人情温度。
