On May 15, the launch event for Minqing's "Four Banquets," themed "A Millennium of Minqing Flavors, A Banquet of Cultural Elegance," was successfully held in Fuzhou, Fujian. From the culture of imperial scholars and the wisdom of wellness, to overseas Chinese heritage and the flavors of the Minjiang River, these banquets reflect the cultural traditions and human warmth embedded in Chinese cuisine.
